    Hawg-N-Dawg is awesome! The staff is very friendly, and you will fall head over heels for the baked potato on Thursdays! Give it a try! 🙂

    I led a ride of 8 bikes and 10 bikers to your place on Saturday. I knew that we wanted to stop in Erwin and with a little online research choose your place. The name was enough of a hook for Harley riders. The food was an even better hook. Now I’m trying to figure out when we can make another trip up her just to get another Hawg-n-Dawg (actually the Super Hawg-n-Dawg). Thanks for the free entertainment and stories of the history of Erwin in addition to the excellent food and desert.
    Looking forward to another reason to ride of soon.

    I love Hawg-n-Dawg! Their BBQ is, what we served at our wedding reception! The service is wonderful, and always friendly. You will always leave with a full stomach and a smile! Baked Potato Thursday, is my favorite of the weekly specials.. a whole pound of potato and bbq for a low price! I would recomend this eatery to anyone! Thanks for all you do Lou and HND staff! 🙂

    AMAZING food! Pulled pork was so moist and tender! Loved the variety of sauces! Place was very clean and staff was friendly! Owner even chatted with us while we ate. Was traveling through toward Richmond, VA. Next time I am even close, I will ABSOLUTELY stop again! True restaurant gem!

    We came to Erwin this past weekend all the way from Ontario, Canada and Ive gotta say it was the best food I’ve ever had. Canada needs a Hawg n Dawgs!

    We were traveling home from Murphy, NC to Baltimore. Come across this place while looking for something than typical fast food. The food was excellent, We has a wide variety of food. Pulled pork Nachos “My daughter loved”, The “hawg and dawg” excellent combo, Delicious!!!! My wife and her sister had the pulled pork sandwich, Awesome!!! They have a great array of sauces. Took home a jar of the #4 and #8. Mixed a little with some ground beef and what tasty burgers. Will stop there again, the next time we are there. Best little secret in Erwin!!!

    The only problem with your restaurant … it is not close enough for regular visits 🙂 Love Hawg-N-Dawg and BarBQ Nachos. Thanks for the great service to our group back in August and can’t wait to get back. Just wrote “Guy” on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives and recommended he visit you!!!!!

    My experience at Hawg N Dawg has been very pleasant. I have been traveling from Georgia to Kentucky and this location is a prime spot for us to stop at on the way home on Fridays. We have done it twice and we have been abundantly pleased with the service and food 100% of the time. We, my co workers and I, have enjoyed the Friday special of ribs, hash brown casserole, Mac and cheese as well as hotdogs of all sorts and the sandwiches. We have been very pleased and look forward to stopping in on our way home.
    The only suggestion that I would offer to the proprietor would be to either expand the ambiance of the restaurant to the banquet hall or not seat patrons in the banquet hall. Though the food is very good, the ambiance gives the experience just a little added bonus. However, there is no “flavor” in the banquet hall.
    Keep up the good work! Your passion for good food shows through.
